PreVABS example discrepancy - Airfoil (MH-104)

Please correct discrepancies in the subject PreVABS example.

The example write-up says, “There are two webs, whose right boundaries are at the 20% and 50% location of the chord”. But, it also refers to [CHEN2010] which defines web centerlines at 15% and 50%, which appears to be how PreVABS example files are actually defined. Figures 32 and 33 are shown below, aligned and scaled chordwise, with orange dotted lines indicating the LE, TE and web locations. The upper figure (32) appears to agree with the example write-up.

Thank you for pointing out the issue.

I have fixed the numbers in the description. Now they are consistent with both the reference and the example input file. As for the figure on the top, I may fix it in the future, but for now you can treat it as a schematic drawing, instead of an accurate reflection of the actual cross-section.
