PreVABS 2.0 MaterialDB.xml Bug

FYI - I believe there is a small issue with the prevabs 2.0 MaterialDB.xml file in line 1498. When I ran a test case I got the error:

[error] homogenization failed: Invalid numeric value ‘e3’ in /

When I changed the e3 to a number and saved MaterialDB.xml, the error resolved.
